Mie Keriting Goreng – Fried Curly Noodle


MIE KERITING GORENG.- FRIED CURLY NOODLE

Bahan/ingredients:
300 gr mie keriting, rebus selama 2 menit, tiriskan beri minyak dan aduk spy tidak menggumpal. 300 gr curly noodles, boil for 2 minutes, drain the oil and stir the spy does not clot.
100 gr daging ayam, iris. 100 gr chicken, slice.
5 pcs jamur shitake kering, rendam dan iris. 5 pcs dried shiitake mushroom, soak and slice.
12 ekor udang kupas rebus.. 12 pcs boiled skinless shrimp.
2 batang bawang daun, iris seronb. 2 stalks spring onion, oblique.
5 siung bawang putih cincang. 5 cloves chopped garlic.
2 sdm minyak olive+½ sdm minyak wijen. 2 tbsp olive oil+½ tbsp sesame oil.
200 ml kaldu ayam. 200 ml chicken stock.

Bumbu/seasoning:
1 sdm kecap ikan. 1 tbsp fish sauce.
½ sdm kecap cap jamur. ½ tbsp mushroom sauce.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan ayam dan jamur, tumis hingga ayam berubah warna. Masukkan bumbu dan kaldu, Heat oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Add chicken and mushroom, saute until the chicken changing color. Add seasoning and stock.
2. Masukkan mie, aduk rata. Add noodles, stir well.
3. Sajikan panas diatas piring saji dan beri udang serta sajikan dgn acar. Serve hot on a serving plate and top with prawns and serve with pickles.
