Cheddar Cheese Ogura

CHEDDAR CHEESE OGURA Bahan  A/ingredients A: 5 kuning telur + 1 telur utuh. 5 egg yolks + a whole egg. 40 ml minyak canola. 40 ml canola oil. 1 sdt vanilla. 1 tsp vanilla (Toffico) 60 gr tepung protein sedang. 60 gr medium protein (segitiga biru) 1 sdm air lemon. 1 tbsp lemon juice. ½ sdm kulit lemon parut. ½ tbsp lemon zest Bahan B/ingredients B: 80 ml susu tawar segar. 80 ml plain fresh milk. 50 gr keju cheddar parut. 50 gr grated cheddar cheese. (kraft) Bahan C/ingredients C: 5 btr putih telur. 5 egg white. 90 gr gula halus. 90 gr castor sugar. Cara/method: 1. Campur susu dan keju parut, masak hingga tercampur rata dan keju lumer. Biarkan suhu ruang. Mix the milk and grated cheese, cook until well blended and the cheese is melted. Let it come to room temperature. 2. Campur bahan A dan B kocok dengan whisk hingga rata dan licin. Mix ingredients A and B beat with a whisk until mix well and smooth. 3. Kocok kecepatan tinggi putih telur hingga berbusa dan masukkan gula bertahap lanjutkan kocok hingga kaku berjejak(2 menit dgn hand mixer). Beat high speed egg whites until foamy and add sugar gradually continue to beat until soft peaks (2 minutes with hand mixer) 4. Campurkan putih telur ke adonan kuning telur dan aduk balik perlahan hingga tercampur rata dengan spatula. Mix the meringue mixture into the egg yolk mixture and gently fold with spatula until well blended 5. Tuang adonan kedalam loyang ukuran 20x20cm yg dialasi kertas baking, hentakkan loyang beberapa kali supaya udara yg terperangkap keluar dan oven selama 20 menit dengan suhu 160C dengan api atas dan api bawah dgn cara au bain marie. Turunkan suhu di 150C gunakan api bawah lanjutkan oven 60 menit hingga matang. (Bisa dengan tes tusuk). Pour the mixture into a 20x20cm baking pan lined with baking paper, beat the pan several times so that the trapped air comes out and oven for 20 minutes at 160C with top fire and bottom fire using au bain marie method. Lower the temperature to 150C, use the lower heat, continue the oven for 60 minutes until cooked. (Can be with a prick test). 6. Keluarkan cake dr oven dan lepaskan baking papernya dan biarkan cake suhu ruang, baru di iris dan disajikan.
