Apple Marmalade Pound Cake ke


APPLE MARMALADE POUND CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
90 gr gula beet. 90gr beet sugar.
110 gr mentega tawar. 110 gr unsalted butter softened. (Elle & Vire)
2 eggs
150 gr tepung protein sedang. 150 gr medium protein flour. (Segitiga Biru)
60gr tepung almond. 60gr almond flour.
6 gr baking powder. 6 gr baking powder
1 sdt bumbu speculas. 1 tsp speculaas spice.
2 gr garam. 2 gr salt
120 ml susu segar. 120 ml fresh milk.
15 ml air lemon. 15 ml lemon juice.

Selai apple/Apple marmalade:
1 sdm gula beet. 1 tbsp beet sugar.
½ sdt kayumanis bubuk. ½ tsp cinnamon powder.
1 buah apel merah ukuran besar., kupas dan cincang. 1 apple big suse, peeled and chopped.
1 sdm lemon juice. 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 160C. Alasi loyang loaf dgn kertas roti dan semprot dgn cooking spray.Preheat the oven to160C. Line a loaf pan with foil or parchment, and spray with cooking spray.
2. Kocok mentega dan gula bit hingga lembut, masukkan bahan kering, lemon juice dan susu, aduk hingga rata. Beat butter and beet sugar until smooth, add dry ingredients, lemon juice and milk, mix until smooth.
3. Dalam mangkuk kecil, campurkan gula bit, kayu manis, jus lemon, dan potongan apel. (Sebelumnya dimasak dengan api kecil selama 10 menit). Tuangkan setengah adonan di loyang yang sudah disiapkan, lalu letakkan selai apel di atasnya tuangkan sisa adonan, beri potongan apel dan taburi bumbu speculas. In a small bowl, toss together the beet sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and apple pieces (Previously cooked over low heat for 10 minutes). Pour a half of the batter in the prepared pan, then spread the apples marmalade over the top. Pour  the remaining batter over the top of the apples, put the apple slices and sprinkle the speculaas spices on top.
4. Dalam mangkuk kecil, campurkan gula bit, kayu manis, jus lemon, dan potongan apel. (Sebelumnya dimasak dengan api kecil selama 10 menit). 5. Panggang 50 menit, atau sampai tusuk gigi yang dimasukkan di tengah roti keluar bersih. Biarkan dingin 10 menit sebelum dipindahkan ke rak pendingin. Biarkan hingga benar-benar dingin sebelum dipotong dan disajikan. Bake 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
