Mie Jamur Saus Tiram – Mushroom Noodle Oyster Sauce


MIE JAMUR SAUS TIRAM – MUSHROOM NOODLE OYSTER SAUCE

Bahan/ingredients:
1 bungkus mie gepeng kering. 1 pack flatten dried noodle. (Mie Burung Dara)
6 buah jamur shiitake kering, rendam dan iris. 6 pcs dried shiitake mushroom, soak and slice.
2 sdm minyak bawang putih. 2 tbsp garlic oil.
2 sdm saus tiram. 2 tbsp oyster sauce.
½ sdm kecap cap jamur. ½ tbsp mushroom sauce.
½ sdm kecap ikan. ½ tbsp fish sauce.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.
50 ml kaldu ayam. 50 ml chicken stock.

Cara/method:
1. Rebus mie, tiriskan. Boiling noodles, strain.
2. Panaskan minyak bawang, masukkan jamur tumis hingga harum, masukkan kaldu dan bumbu, aduk rata. Masukkan mie dan aduk dengan penjepit. Heat the onion oil, add the sauteed mushrooms until fragrant, add the stock and spices, mix well. Add the noodles and stir with tongs.
3. Sajikan panas dengan taburan daun bawang. Serve hot and sprinkle white spring onions.
