Homemade Tomato Sauce


HOMEMADE TOMATO SAUCE

Bahan/ingredients:
1500 gr tomat merah segar, 1500 gr fresh red tomatoes.
1 buah bawang bombay ukuran besar. 1 onion big size.
2 bongkah bawang putih. 2 bulb of garlic.
8 buah bawang merah. 8 pcs of shalott.
25 gr tepung singkong. 25 gr cassava flour.

40 ml minyak olive.40 ml olive oil.

Bumbu/seasoning:
10 gr kaldu jamur bubuk. 10 gr mushroom powder stock. (Totole)
2 sdt lada bubuk. 2 tsp pepper.
50 gr gula kelapa. 50 gr coconut sugar.

1 sdt sea salt. 1 tsp sea salt.

Cara/method:
1. Cuci tomat, belah dan buang bijinya. Proses kasar dengan food processor, sisihkan. Wash the tomatoes, cut and remove the seeds. Coarsely process with a food processor, set aside.
2. Proses bawang putih, bawang merah dan bawang bombay dengan food processor. Process the garlic, shallots and onions in a food processor.
3. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang hingga harum dan berkaramel. Masukkan tomat dan bumbu, masak hingga meletup. Heat oil, saute onion until fragrant and caramelized. Add tomatoes and spices, cook until bubbling.
4. Masukkan tomat dan tepung singkong dalam blender dan proses hingga lembut, saring dan kembalikan ke dalam panci. Place the tomatoes and cassava flour in a blender and process until smooth, strain and return to the pan.
5. Masak dgn api kecil sambil diaduk hingga mengental dan meletup, simpan dalam botol dan siap dipakai utk apa saja. Cook over low heat while stirring until thickened and bubbling, store in a bottle and ready to be used for anything.
