Mie Lethek – Lethek Noodle


MIE LETHEK – LETHEK NOODLE

Untuk 1 porsi. For 1 portion.

Bahan/ingredients:
50 gr mie lethek kering. rendam air selama 10 menit dan tiriskan. 50 gr dried lethek noodle, soak for 10 minutes and drain.

6 ekor udang kupas rebus. 6 pcs boiled skinless shrimp.
1 butir telur ayam kampung, kocok lepas. 1 pcs beaten farmer egg.
½ buah tomat merah segar, iris. ½ pcs fresh red tomato, slice.
100 ml hot chicken broth/hot water.
1 sdm minyak olive. 1 tbsp olive oil.
1 sdm bumbu mie kluntung. 1 tbsp javanese noodle spice

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, masukkan telur, diamkan 30 detik dan aduk, masukkan bumbu mie, udang rebus dan tomat, aduk, tuangkan kaldu ayam biarkan mendidih. Heat the oil, put the egg in, let stand 30 seconds and stir, add the noodle spices, boiled shrimp and tomatoes, stir, pour the chicken stock to boil.
2. Masukkan mie lethek dan aduk perlahan selama 1 menit. Add lethek noodle and gently stir for 1 minutes.
3. Pindahkan ke piring saji dan taburi bawang merah goreng sebelum disajikan panas. Place on dish and sprinkle with fried shallot before hot serve.

BOLA TAHU KETO – KETO TOFU BALL

Bahan/ingredients:
260 gr (1 buah besar) tahu putih, potong kecil, dan tiriskan di atas tisu. 260 gr (1 big size) white tofu, cut finely tiny, and drain on tissue paper.

20 gr keju cheddar parut. 20 gr grated cheddar cheese.
15 ekor udang ukuran sedang, kupas, cuci dan potong2 15 pcs shrimp medium size, peel, wash and cut small.
30 gr tepung ketobetic(Bisa diganti terigu). 30 gr ketobetic flour. (Can be changes with cake flour)
10 gr tepung kelapa. 10 gr coconut flour.
30 ml putih telur. 30 ml white egg.
1 btg bawang daun, iris. 1 stalks of spring onion, slice.
5 siung bawang putih, haluskan. 5 cloves of garlic.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.

Saus sambal/Chili Sauce:
1 sdm saus tomat. 1 tbsp tomato paste.
2 buah cabe rawit merah tanpa biji, haluskan, 2 pcs seedless red cayenne pepper, ground.
1 siung bawang putih, cincang halus. 1 clove of garlic, finely chop.
Daun ketumbar secukupnya, cincang halus. Some cilantro, finely chop.
20 ml air mineral. 20 ml mineral water.
Campur dan didihkan bahan saus. Combine and boiling sauce ingredients.

Cara/method:
1. Campur semua bahan. Combine all ingredients.
2. Panaskan minyak. Heat oil.
3. Bentuk adonan bulat dan masukkan ke minyak panas dan goreng hingga keemasan. Make a round of dough and add it to hot oil and frying until golden.

4. Sajikan bersama saus sambal. Serving with chilli sauce.

Note:
Bagi yang bukan pelaku diet keto, tepung ketobetic dan tepung kelapa bisa diganti terigu. For those who are not actors keto diet, keto flour and coconut flour can be replaced wheat.

Alpukat & Telur Panggang – Baked Avocado & Egg


ALPUKAT & TELUR PANGGANG – BAKED AVOCADO & EGG

Bahan/ingredients:
1 buah alpukat mentega matang. 1 pcs ripe butter avocado.
1 butir telur ayam kampung. 1 pcs farmer egg.
Sedikit lada hitam kasar. A bit coarse black pepper.
½ sdt keju parmesan. ½ tsp parmesan cheese.
4 buah tomat cherry, belah 2. 4 pcs cherry tomato, cut on 2.
Acar jahe bila suka. Preserved ginger as your desire.

Cara/method:
1. Belah alpukat menjadi 2. Letakan 1 bagian alpukat di mangkuk dan tuang telur di atasnya, taburi dgn lada hitam dan keju parmesan di atas telur dan proses dengan air fryer dengan suhu 200 C selama 6 menit. Cut on 2 of avocado. Place 1 part of avocado on a bowl and put egg on it, sprinkle with black pepper and parmesan cheese over the egg and process with air fryer with 200C degree for 6 minutes.

2. Iris 1 bagian alpukat yg lain dan letakan diatas piring saji bersama tomat dan acar jahe, taburi parmesan. Slice the other part of avocado and place on dish with tomato and preserved ginger, sprinkle with parmesan.
3. Keluarkan alpukat dari air fryer dan letakkan diatas piring saji. Sajikan segera. Take out avocado from air fryer and place on dish. serve immediately.

Shirataki Goreng Bumbu Jawa – Fried Shirataki In Javanese Spices


SHIRATAKI GORENG BUMBU JAWA – FRIED SHIRATAKI IN JAVANESE SPICES

Bahan/ingredients:
1 pack shirataki, tiriskan. (Aku pakai ½ pack) 1 pack shirataki, drain. ( I used half pack)
3 btg sawi hijau, cuci dan potong. 3 stalks mustard green, wash and cut.
1 batang bawang daun, iris serong. 1 stalk of spring onion, oblique.
½ sdm bawang merah goreng. ½ tbsp fried shallot.
1 butir telur kampung, di dadar dan iris spt mie. 1 pcs of farmer egg, cooked omelette and slice like noodle.
3 buah bakso ikan, iris. (Hilangkan bila anda pelaku diet keto). 3 pcs fish ball, slice. (Skip this if you are keto dieter )
3 buah cabe rawit merah, iris serong. 3 pcs red cayenne pepper, oblique.
50 ml air mineral. 50 ml mineral water.
½ sdm kecap manis. ½ tbsp sweet dark soy sauce. (Tropicana)

Bumbu halus/ground spices:
5 buah bawang merah. 5 pcs shallot.
3 siung bawang putih. 3 cloves of garlic.
2 buah cabe merah keriting. 2 pcs red curly pepper.
1 buah cabe merah besar. 1 pcs red big chili.
2 buah kemiri. 2 pcs candle nut.
½ sdm ebi sangrai. ½ tbsp roasted dried shrimp.
Garam sesuai selera. Salt to taste.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.

Cara/method:
1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan matang benar, sisihkan. Saute ground spices until fragrant and well cook, set aside.
2. Masukkan ½ sdm bumbu, masukkan bakso ikan, sawi hijau dan bawang daun, aduk 1 menit, masukkan air mineral, aduk dan biarkan mendidih dan masukkan shirataki, telur mie, cabe rawit dan kecap manis, aduk. Add half tbsp of mie godog spices, add fish ball, mustard green, and spring onion, stirring 1 minute, add mineral water, stir and lets boiling. Add shirataki, noodle egg, cayenne pepper and sweet dark soy sauce, stir.
3. Pindahkan ke piring saji dan bawang merah goreng sebelum disajikan. Place on dish and sprinkle with fried shallot before serving.

Mie Shirataki Godog – Boiled Shirataki Noodle


MIE SHIRATAKI GODOG – BOILED SHIRATAKI NOODLE

Bahan/ingredients:
1 pack shirataki, tiriskan. (Aku pakai ½ pack) 1 pack shirataki, drain. ( I used half pack)

5 buah tomat cherry, cuci dan belah 2 bagian. 5 cherry tomatoes, wash and cut on 2.
3 btg sawi hijau, cuci dan potong. 3 stalks mustard green, wash and cut.
½ sdm bawang merah goreng. ½ tbsp fried shallot.
1 potong paha ayam kampung goreng, iris tipis. 1 pcs fried farmer chicken thigh.
1 butir telur rebus, slice. 1 pcs boiled egg, slice.
3 buah cabe rawit merah, iris serong. 3 pcs red cayenne pepper, oblique.
300 ml kaldu ayam panas. 300 ml hot chicken stock.
½ sdm fiber cream. ½ tbsp fiber cream.

Bumbu halus/ground spices:
5 buah bawang merah. 5 pcs shallot.
3 siung bawang putih. 3 cloves of garlic.
2 buah cabe merah keriting. 2 pcs red curly pepper.
1 buah cabe merah besar. 1 pcs red big chili.
2 buah kemiri. 2 pcs candle nut.
½ sdm ebi sangrai. ½ tbsp roasted dried shrimp.
Garam sesuai selera. Salt to taste.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.

Cara/method:
1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan matang benar, sisihkan. Saute ground spices until fragrant and well cook, set aside.
2. Masukkan ½ sdm bumbu mie godog, masukkan kaldu ayam, biarkan mendidih, masukkan sawi hijau, shirataki, tomat dan cabe rawit. Masak dgn api kecil, tambahkan fiber cream, aduk. Add half tbsp of mie godog spices, add chicken stock, lets boiling. Add mustard green, shirataki, tomatoes and cayenne pepper, add fiber cream, stir.
3. Pindahkan ke piring saji dan taburi dgn ayam irisan ayam goreng, telur dan bawang merah goreng dan hidangkan panas. Place on dish and sprinkle with sliced of fried chicken, egg and fried shallot, and serving hot.
