Salad Telur Ceplok – Sunny Side Up Salad

SALAD TELUR CEPLOK – SUNNY SIDE UP SALAD

Utk 1 porsi. For 1 portion.

Bahan/ingredients:
1 lembar keju, potong kotak kecil. 1 pcs cheese, cut small square.
100 gr sayur selada, cuci dan tiriskan. 100 gr salad veggie, wash and drain. (Salanova Mixed Oak)

2 butir telur ayam kampung. 2 farmer eggs
1 iris bwg bombay merah. 1 slice red onion.

Saus salad/salad dressing:
1 sdm minyak kelapa. 1 tbsp coconut oil.

1 sdt balsamic. 1 tsp balsamic.
1 sdt cuka apple. 1 tsp apple vinegar.
Lada hitam kasar secukupnya. Some coarse ground black pepper.
Garam laut secukupnya. Some seasalt.

Taburan/topping:
Rumput laut panggang/nori secukupnya. Some roasted seaweed.
Biji wijen sangrai secukupnya. Some roasted sesame seed.

Cara/method:
1. Campur bahan saus dan sisihkan. Combine dressing ingredients and set aside.
2. Panaskan teflon, masukkan telur dan tutup teflon selama 4 menit dgn api sedang. (Tanpa minyak menggorengnya) Heat teflon, add th eggs and cover teflon for 4 minutes with medium heat. (Frying without oil)
3. Letakkan sayur diatas piring saji. Siram saus diatasnya dan letakkan bawang bombay dan keju. Place veggie on dish. Pour dressing on top and place onion and cheese.
4. Letakkan telur ceplok yang sudah matang di piring saji, taburi garam laut dan lada hitam secukupnya, taburi telur dengan rumput laut/nori dan biji wijen sebelum disajikan. Place sunny side up on dish, sprinkle the egg with sea salt and black pepper, sprinkle with roasted seaweed and roasted sesame seed on top before serving.

AVOCADO SALAD WITH COCONUT OIL LIME DRESSING

Bahan/ingredients:
20 lbr selada romain organik, cuci dan tiriskan. 20 pcs organic romaine lettuce, wash and drain.
8 buah tomat ceri. 8 pcs cherry tomato.
1 buah alpukat mentega, 1 pcs butter avocado.
5 iris keju gouda. 5 slices gouda cheese.

Saus/dressing:
1 sdm minyak kelapa. 1 tbsp coconut oil. (VICO)
½ sdm air jeruk nipis. ½ tbsp lime juice.
Lada hitam gerus kasar secukupnya. Some coarse of black pepper. (Mc. Cormick)
Garam laut kasar secukupnya. Some coarse seasalt.

Cara/method:
1. Letakkan semua bahan salad diatas piring saji. Place all salad ingredient on dish.
2. Campur semua bahan saus. Combine dressing ingredients.
3. Siramkan saus diatas salad dan taburi lada hitam kasar. Nikmati saat salad msh dingin. Pour the dressing over the salad. Enjoy your cold salad.

Bahan/ingredients:
100 gr organic mixed butterhead.

2 buah tomat segar. 2 pcs fresh tomato.
4 buah buah olive hitam. 4 pcs black olive.
4 pcs bacon panggang. 4 pcs grilled bacon.
Bawang bombay iris secukupnya. Some slice onion.

Saus balsamic. Balsamic salad dressing.

Keju parmesan untuk taburan. Parmesan cheese for topping.

Cara/method:
1. Cuci dengan air mineral butterhead dan tiriskan. Wash butterhead with mineral water, drain.
2. Cuci dan iris tonat. Wash and slice fresh tomato.
3. Iris buah olive. Sliced olive.
4. Tata butterhead, irisan tomat, bacon, bawang bombay dan buah olive, tuang saus balsamic diatasnya dan taburi dgn keju parmesan. Place butterhead, sliced of tomato, bacon, onion and olive, pour balsamic salad dressing over the salad and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

THAI MANGO SALAD WITH CRISPY PORK SKIN

Bahan/ingredients:
350 gr daging mangga muda, cacah kasar. 350 gr unripe mango, roughly chop.
Kacang tanah. Peanut.
Rambak babi. Crispy pork skin.

Bahan saus salad/dressing ingredients:
1 siung bawang putih. 1 clove of garlic.
2 buah bawang merah, iris kasar. 2 pcs of shallot, roughly slice.
4 buah jeruk nipis, ambil airnya, 4 pcs lime, just take the juice.
3 buah cabe rawit merah. 3 pcs red cayenne pepper.
2 sdm gula pasir. 2 tbsp granulated sugar.
2 sdm kecap ikan. 2 tbsp fish sauce. (Gold fish)
1 sdm udang kecil sangrai. 1 tbsp roasted tiny shrimp.

Cara/method:
1. Tumbuk kasar bawang putih dan cabe rawit. Roughly mashed garlic and cayenne pepper.
2. Tambahkan gula pasir, udang, air jeruk nipis dan irisan bawang merah, aduk rata. Add sugar, shrimp, lime juice and sliced shallot.
3. Campur dressing dgn mangga muda. Combine the dressing and unripe mango.
4. Sajikan dgn taburan kacang tanah dan rambak babi. Serving with peanut and crispy pork skin.

Tofu Shrimp Avocado Pomelo Salad


TOFU SHRIMP AVOCADO POMELO SALAD

Bahan/ingredients:
½ pak tahu sutra, potong dadu kecil. ½ pack silken tofu, small cube.
½ buah alpukat mentega (½ matang), potong kecil. ½ pcs buttery avocado (half ripe), small cut.
2 buah pomelo. 2 pcs pomelo.
20 buah udang kupas rebus. 20 pcs boiled shrimp skinless.
10 buah tomat ceri, belah 2. 10 pcs cherry tomato, cut on 2.
40 gr paprika orange, potong kecil. 40 gr orange bell pepper, small cut.
3 gr daun ketumbar. 3 gr cilantro leaves.
40 gr acar lobak merah. 40 gr pickled red radish.

Saus salad/salad dressing:
1 sdm air lemon. 1tbsp lime juice
1 sdm minyak olive. 1 tbsp olive oil
¾ sdm kecap ikan. ¾ tbsp fish sauce
1 sdm biji wijen. 1 tbsp sesame seed.
¾ sdm kecap asin. ¾ tbsp light soy sauce. (Kikkoman).
½ tbsp vinegar salad. ½ tbsp salad vinegar. (shu japanese vinegar)
½ sdm minyak wijen. ½ tbsp sesame oil
2 sdt madu. 2 tsp honey.
1 sdm ezy bubuk. 1 tbsp ezy powder. (optrimax) *can be skip.

Cara/method:
1 Campur semua bahan dan simpan di lemari es. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
2. Campur bahan saus. Siram saus diatas salad dan taburi keju parmesan sesaat sblm disajikan. Mix well the dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
3. Simpan dilemari es. Enak dimakan dingin. Better serve cold

Caesar Salad

🥗 CAESAR SALAD 🥗

Bahan/ingredients:
2 bongkah sayur romain, cuci, tiriskan dan potong. 2 bundles of romaine, wash, strain and cut.
Paprika merah iris secukupnya. Some red bellpepper, slice.
Telur rebus. Boiling egg.
Parmesan serut. Grated parmesan.

Roti bawang/croton:
4 iris roti rawar. 4 slices toast bread.
3 sdm mentega. 2 tbsp butter.
3 siung bwg putih parut halus. 3 cloves garlic, finely grated.
½ sdt parsley kering. ½ tsp dried parsley.

Bahan saus/dressing ingredients:
6 siung bawang putih, hancurkan dan cincang halus. 6 cloves garlic, crushed and minced.
1 sdt mustard butir. Haluskan. 1 tsp mustard seed, ground.
Garam laut dan lada hitam hancur kasar secukupnya. Some salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3 sdm mayones. 3 tbsp mayonnaise.
3 sdm minyak olive. 3 tbsp olive oil.
Air lemon secukupnya, utk perasa segar. Lemon juice secukupnya, for seasoning.
Teri kaleng cincang secukupnya.(boleh di skip) Some Minced anchovy fillets can. (optional).

Cara/method:
1. Campur rata semua bahan saus. Mix well all dressing ingredients.
2. Campur saus dgn selada romain. Mix dressing with romaine.
3. Campur mentega, bwg putih dan parsley. Oles roti dgn campuran mentega dikedua sisi, potong dan oven 200C selama 10 menit. Mix butter, garlic and parsley. Spread it on two sides of the toast, cut to squares and oven for 10 minutes in 200C
4. Sajikan dgn roti kering/roti bawang, telur rebus dan pilihan anda. Serving with croton/garlic bread, boiled egg and topping your desire.

SALAD MANGGA ALA THAI – THAI MANGO SALAD

Bahan/ingredients:
1 buah mangga muda, iris korek api. 1 pcs unripe mango, julliene.
50 gr toge, rendam air panas sebentar, sisihkan. 50 gr bean sprout, soak on hot water awhile, set aside.
50 gr kacang mede, dioven (aku pake air fryer). 50 gr chasew, roasted (I use air fryer)
50 gr daun ketumbar. 50 gr cilantro.
2 buah bwg merah, diiris. 2 pcs shallot, slice.
5 cabe rawit, iris. 5 pcs chili padi, slice
1 buah cabe merah besar buang biji iris kotak2. 1 pcs red chili, seedless, cut cube.

Bumbu/seasoning:
2 sdm kecap ikan. 2 tbsp fish soy sauce.
3 sdm air lemon. 3 tbsp lemon juice
Air gula secukupnya. Some sugar water.

Cara/method:
1. Campur semua bahan kecuali kcg mede. Mix all ingredients.
2. Campur bahan bumbu. Mix seasoning
3. Campur semua bahan dan bumbu, aduk rata. Mix well all ingredients with sesoning.
4. Simpan di lemari es, sajikan dingin dgn taburan kacang mede. Refrigerate, serve cold with chasew on top.
