Cumi Dengan Saus Pedas Korea – Squid With Spicy Korean Sauce


CUMI DENGAN SAUS PEDAS KOREA – SPICY SQUID KOREAN SAUCE

Bahan/method:
500 gr cumi, buang kulit, potong persegi dan buat guratan. 500 gr squid, cut square and make scratch.
50 gr bawang bombay, potong. 50 gr onion, slice.
50 gr paprika merah. 50 gr red bell pepper.
50 gr paprika hijau. 50 gr green bell pepper.
60gr nanas. 60 gr pineapple.
1 sdm minyak olive untuk menumis. 1 tbsp olive oil for saute.

Bahan bumbu/seasoning ingredients:
6 siung bawang putih, cincang. 6 cloves of garlic, chop.
1 cm jahe, cincang. 1 cm of ginger, chop.
1 sdm gochujang. 1 tbsp gochujang. (Korean Chili Paste)
½ sdm saus cabai samyang. ½ tbsp samyang chili sauce. (Black Bottle)
1 sdt gula pasir. 1 tsp granulated sugar.
1½ sdm kecap asin. 1½ tbsp soy sauce.
20 ml air mineral. 20 ml mineral water.

Cara/method:
1. Didihkan air, masukkan cumi dan masak selama 30 detik, angkat dan tiriskan. Boiling water, add squid and cooking for 30 second, lift up and strain.

2. Campur bahan sauce, sisihkan. Combine sauce ingredients, set aside.
3. Panaskan minyak, tumis jahe dan bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan bawang bombay, tumis 1 menit, masukkan paprika, tumis 1 menit, masukkan saus, aduk sampai mendidih, masukkan cumi dan nanas, tumis 30 detik. Heat oil, saute ginger and garlic until fragrant, add onion and saute for 1 minute, add bell pepper and saute for 1 minute, add sauce and stir until boiling add squid and pineapple, saute for 30 second.
4. Angkat dan segera sajikan panas. Lift up and immediately serve hot.

NOTE:
Memasak cumi harus tepat waktunya supaya cumi lembut saat di makan. Cooking should be timely so that squid is soft when eating.
Samyang sauce bisa diganti cabai bubuk. Samyang sauce can be changing with chili powder. (Gochugaru)
