KWETIAU SIRAM SAPI – BEEF CHAR KWE TIAU

Bahan/ingredients:
1 pak kwetiuw yg lebar2. 1 pack kwetiau the wide.
150 gr daging sapi, iris tipis dan beri sedikit maizena, kecap asin dan lada 150 gr beef, finely slice and marinate with some cornstrach, soy sauce and pepper.
2 ikat sawi hujau, potong 2 cm. 2 bundle green mustard, cut 2 cm.
100 gr rebung kaleng, iris. 100 gr canned bamboo shoot,slice.
1 btg wortel, iris tipis. 1 stalks carrot. Finely slice.
500 ml kaldu ayam. 500 ml chicken stock.

Bumbu/seasoning:
4 siung bwg putih cincang. 4 cloves chopped garlic.
½ sdm arak xao xing. ½ tbsp wine xao xing.
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbsp soy sauce.
1 sdm kecap raja rasa. 1 tbsp raja rasa soy sauce.
½ sdm kecap ikan. ½ tbsp fish sauce.
1 sdm saus tiram. 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
½ sdt lada bubuk. ½ tsp ground pepper
2 sdm maizena + 3 sdm air. 2 tbsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp water.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil

Cara/methods:
1. Kukus kwetiau. Steam char kwe tiau.
2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bwg putih tumis hingga harum, masukkan daging, aduk hingga daging berubah warna. Masukkan bumbu dan kaldu ayam, masak hingga mendidih dan kentalkan. Heat oil. Add garlic saute until fragrant, add beef and stir until the beef changing color, add seasoning and chicken stock, let’s boiling and thickener.
3. Tata kwetiaw diatas piring dan siram dgn topping. Put kwetiaw on dish. And pour with topping.
5. Sajikan bersama acar cabe putih. Serve with white chili pickles.
