Gyeranppang – Korean Egg Bread


GYERANPPANG – KOREAN EGG BREAD

Untuk 4 porsi. For 4 portion.

Bahan/ingredients:
30 gr mentega tawar leleh. 30 gr melted unsalted butter. (Anchor)
60 gr madu. 60 gr honey. (Tropicana)
160 ml susu segar. 160 ml fresh milk.
1 sdt vanila. 1 tsp vanilla.
2 sdt minyak sayur. 2 tsp veggie oil.
2 btr telur. 2 egg.
160 gr tepung protein sedang. 160 gr medium protein flour. (segitiga biru)
2 sdt baking powder. 2 tsp baking powder.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
Keju parut secukupnya. Some grated cheese. (KRAFT)
4 btr telur dingin utk diatas cake. 4 pcs cold egg for topping.
Seledri cincang secukupnya. Some chopped celery.

Bahan Ssamjang/Ssamjang ingredients:
2 sdt minyak wijen. 2 tsp sesame oil.
1 sdt biji wijen sangrai. 1 tsp roasted sesame oil.
2 sdt gochujang. 2 tsp gochujang. (Korean chili paste)
1 sdt gochugaru. 1 tsp gochugaru. (Korean chili flake)
½ sdt madu. ½ tsp honey.
1 sdm doenjang. 1 tsp doenjang. (Korean soybean paste)
1 siung bawang putih ukuran besar cincang halus. 1 clove minced big size garlic.
*campur semua bahan dan sisihkan. Mix all ingredients and set aside.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 200C. Preheat oven 200C.
2. Siapkan cup aluminium/ring roti bulat 9x3cm diberi alas aluminium foil.
3. Campur dan ayak tepung, garam dan baking powder, sisihkan. Mix and sift flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside.
4. Campur mentega cair, madu, minyak sayur, vanila dan susu segar. Aduk dengan sendok. Masukkan ke dalam adonan tepung, aduk dengan whisk. Mix melted butter, honey, veggie oil, vanilla and fresh milk. Stir well with a spoon. Enter into flour and stir well with whisk.
5. Kocok lepas telur dengan garpu, dan masukkan ke dalam adonan, Aduk rata. Beat egg with fork, and enter into the batter. Stir well.
6. Tuang adonan dalam cetakan (½ tinggi cetakan) dan pecahkan telur diatas adonan, masing-masing 1 butir. Taburi parutan keju dan seledri. Pour the mixture in the mold (½ the height of the mold) and break the egg over the mixture, 1 item each. Sprinkle with grated cheese and celery.
7. Oven selama 20 menit dan segera sajikan dengan ssamjang. Bake for 20 minutes and immediately serve with ssamjang.

Note:
Lebih bagus hasilnya bila anda menggunakan api atas dan bawah pada oven anda dan nyalakan blowernya. It is better to use up and bottom heat and use the blower.
