Gluten Free Marble Chiffon Cake


GLUTEN FREE MARBLE CHIFFON CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
120 gr tepung singkong. 120gr cassava flour.
70 gr gula kelapa. 70 gr coconut sugar.
110ml organic coconut milk.
50 ml minyak canola. 50 ml canola oil.
5 butir kuning telur. 5 pcs egg yolk.
5 butir putih telur. 5 pcs egg white.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
3 gr baking powder.
5 ml air lemon. 5 ml lemon juice.
1 sdt ekstrak vanila. 1 tsp vanilla extract. (Toffico)
½ sdt pasta pandan. ½ tsp pandan paste. (Toffico)
½ sdt pasta moca. ½ tsp mocca paste. (Toffico)
3 tetes pewarna makanan merah. 3 drops food coloring red. (Wilton Red Red)

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 180 C selama 10 menit. Siapkan loyang chiffon 18 cm. Preheat the oven to 180 C for 10 minutes. Prepare an 18 cm chiffon pan.
2. Masukkan susu santan, minyak, kuning telur, kocok dgn whisk hingga rata, masukkan tepung, garam, vanila dan baking powder, aduk hingga rata. Sisihkan. Add coconut milk, oil, egg yolks, beat with a whisk until smooth, add flour, salt, vanilla and baking powder, mix well. Set aside.
3. Kocok dengan hand mixer kecepatan tinggi putih telur hingga mulai berbusa masukkan 3 tahap coconut sugar, kocok selama 2 menit hingga kaku berjejak, masukkan air lemon, kocok dengan kecepatan sedang, Beat with a hand mixer on high speed the egg whites until they start to foam, add 3 stages of coconut sugar, beat for 2 minutes until stiff, add lemon juice, beat on medium speed,
4. Ambil adonan putih telur (bagi 3 tahap), masukkan ke adonan kuning telur, aduk lipat dengan spatula, lakukan hingga putih telur habis dan adonan tercampur rata. Take the egg white mixture (divided into 3 stages), add it to the egg yolk mixture, fold it with a spatula, do this until the egg whites are used up and the mixture is well mixed.
5. Siapkan 3 mangkuk kecil dan beri setiap mangkuk 3 sdm adonan kuning dan beri pewarna, aduk rata dan sisihkan. Prepare 3 small bowls and give each bowl 3 tablespoons yellow mixture and coloring, mix well and set aside.
6. Tuang adonan kuning sebagian ke dalam loyang, masukkan adonan moca, tutup adonan kuning, masukkan adonan merah, tutup dengan adonan putih masukkan adonan hijau, dan tuang sisa adonan kuning, ratakan dgn spatula. Gunakan suhu 160 C hingga 15 menit dgn api atas dan bawah, buat goresan dan lanjutkan memanggang selama 45 menit dengan suhu 150C (Aku pakai oven MITO). Pour some of the yellow mixture into the pan, put the moca mixture, cover the yellow dough, add the red dough, cover with the white dough, add the green dough, and pour the rest of the yellow dough, smooth with a spatula. Use 160°C for up to 15 minutes on top and bottom heat, make streaks and continue baking for 45 minutes at 150C (I used a MITO oven).
7. Keluarkan oven dan balik loyang diatas botol. Remove the oven and turn the tin over the bottle
8. Biarkan hingga cake suhu ruang, keluarkan dr loyang, potong dan sajikan. Let the cake come to room temperature, remove from the tin, slice and serve.
