Talas & Babi Kukus – Steamed Taro & Pork


TALAS & BABI KUKUS – STEAM TARO & PORK

Bahan/ingredients:
100 gr babi samcam, potong dadu(boleh diganti ayam). 100 gr pork belly, cut on dice. (Can be change with chicken)
300 gr bentul/talas, potong dadu. 300 gr taro, cut on dice.
5 gr tepung sagu. 5 gr sago flour.
Garam dan lada bubuk secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.
½ sdm saus tiram. ½ tbsp oyster sauce.
1 sdm minyak wijen. 1 tbsp sesame oil.
½ sdm kecap ikan. ½ tbsp fish sauce.
2 sdt kecap cap jamur. 2 tsp mushroom sauce.
3 siung bawang putih, cincang. 3 cloves of garlic, chopped.
200 ml kaldu ayam. 200 ml chicken stock.
½ sdm arak masak(boleh ditiadakan), ½ tbsp cooking wine. (Can be skip)

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak wijen, tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan samcam, tumis hingga berubah warna, masukkan arak masak, tumis hingga harum, masukkan semua bahan dan tumis 5 menit. Heat sesame oil, saute garlic until fragrant, add pork belly, stir-fry until it changes color, add cooking wine, stir-fry until fragrant, add all ingredients and stir fry 5 minutes.
2. Panaskan kukusan, pindahkan talas babi ke pinggan tahan panas dan kukus selama 10 menit. Heat the steamer, transfer the pork taro to a heatproof dish and steam for 10 minutes.
3. Sajikan panas. Serve hot.
