Bahan/ingredients:
300gr daging sapi cincang. 600 gr ground beef.
3 gr daun ketumbar cincang. 5 gr cilantro chopped.
1 sdt minyak wijen. 2 sdt sesame oil.
5 gr tepung sagu. 5 gr sago flour.
Garam dan lada bubuk secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.
1 sdm saus tiram. 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
Kembang tahu, potong dan rendam secukupnya. Some bean curd sheet, cut and soak.
Cara/method:
1. Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam food prosesor kecuali daun ketumbar . Sampai menjadi pasta. Masukkan daun ketumbar dan aduk rata. Place all ingredients in a food processor except the cilantro. Until it becomes a paste. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
2. Bentuk bola dan letakkan diatas piring keramik beri potongan kembang tahu dan kukus selama 8 menit. Shape into balls and place on a ceramic plate, give the bean curd sheets and steam for 8 minutes.
