Puding Bunga Telang – Butterfly Pea Flower Silky Pudding

PUDING BUNGA TELANG – BUTTERFLY PEA FLOWER SILKY PUDDING

Bahan/ingredients:
1 bungkus agar-agar. 1 pack agar- agar. (swallow plain)
300 gr SKM. 300 gr condensed milk. (Carnation)
2100 ml air mineral. 2100 ml of mineral water.
½ sdt bunga telang bubuk. ½ tsp butterfly pea flower powder.

½ sdt essen vanila. ½ tsp vanilla extract. (Toffico)
1 kaleng buah campur. 1 canned mix fruit. (Del Monte)
1 bks nata de coco. 1 pack nata de coco.

Cara/method:
1. Masukkan dalam panci air, SKM, vanila dan agar. Put in a pot of water, condensed milk, vanilla and agar.
2. Campur bunga telang bubuk dgn sedikit air, aduk rata, masukkan dalam panci dan panaskan dengan api sedang sambil diaduk smp mendidih, matikan api. Mix the powdered butterfly pea flower with a little water, stir well, put it in a saucepan and heat it over medium heat while stirring until it boils, turn off the heat.
3. Tuang adonan ke dalam wadah sambil disaring, biarkan hingga suhu ruang, simpan di lemari es. Pour the dough into a container while filtered, let it come to room temperature, store in the refrigerator.
4. Sajikan dingin bersama buah kaleng dan nata de coco. Serve cold with canned fruit and nata de coco.
