CWIE MIE MALANG

Bahan/ingredients:
1 bungkus mie halus segar. 1 pack thin fresh noodle. (Noodle King).
1 bungkus sayur baby pocai, rebus. 1 pack baby pocai, boil.
25 lembar Kulit pangsit (buatan sendiri). 25 pcs wonton skin. (Homemade)
Daun bawang iris. Slice scallion.

Taburan ayam/chicken topping:
2 buah dada ayam tanpa tulang dan kulit, cincang halus. 2 pcs boneless and skinless chicken breast, finely chopped.
5 siung bawang putih, cincang. 5 cloves of garlic, chopped.
½ sdm saus tiram. ½ tbsp oyster sauce.
1 sdm kecap ikan. 1 tbsp fish sauce.
1 sdt kaldu jamur bubuk. 1 sdt mushroom stock powder. (Totole)
Lada dan garam secukupnya. Some pepper and salt.
1 sdm minyak wijen untuk menumis. 1 tbsp sesame oil for saute.

Sup/soup:
1500 ml kaldu ayam. 1500 ml chicken stock
3 siung bawang putih geprak. 3 cloves of crushed garlic.
1 sdt kaldu jamur bubuk. 1 sdt mushroom stock powder. (Totole)
½ sdm kecap ikan. ½ tbsp fish sauce.
½ sdm minyak wijen. ½ tbsp sesame oil.
Lada dan garam secukupnya. Some pepper and salt.

Pangsit goreng/fried wonton:
50 gr daging dada ayam, cincang halus. 50 gr fillet chicken breast, finely chopped.
1 sdm tepung tapioka. 1 tbsp tapioca flour.
1 sdt saus tiram. 1 tsp oyster sauce.
1 sdt kecap ikan. 1 tsp fish sauce.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.
1 batang daun bawang, iris halus. 1 stalks of scallion, finely sliced.

Bumbu untuk mie/seasoning for noodle:
Minyak bawang. Garlic oil.
Kecap ikan. Fish sauce.
Lada. Pepper.

Cara/method:
1. Cara masak taburan ayam/how to cook chicken topping:
Panaskan minyak wijen, tumis bawang putih hingga harim, masukkan daging ayam aduk hingga berubah warna, masukkan bumbu, aduk dan sisihkan. Heat the sesame oil, saute the garlic until fragrant, add the chicken, stir until it changes color, add the spices, stir and set aside.
2. Cara membuat pangsit/how to make wonton:
Campur semua bahan dan panaskan minyak. Ambil 1 lembar kulit pangsit beri isian ayam, dan goreng hingga keemasan. Sisa kulit potong kecil2 dan goreng untuk taburan. Mix all ingredients and heat the oil. Take 1 sheet of wonton skin with chicken filling, and fry until golden. Cut the remaining skin into small pieces and fry for topping.
3. Cara membuat sup/how to make soup:
Panaskan minyak wijen, tumis bawang putih hingga harum dan masukkan semua bahan, didihkan. Heat sesame oil, saute garlic until fragrant and add all ingredients, bring to a boil.
4. Cara penyajian/how to serve:
Siapkan mangkuk, beri bumbu utk mie (1 sdm minyak bawang, kecap asin dna lada secukupnya). Rebus mie dan saring, masukkan ke dalam mangkuk berisi bumbu aduk. Beri sayur, taburan ayam, pangsit goreng, taburan kulit pangsit, daun bawang diatas mie. Siap disajikan panas bersama sup yang ditaburi daun bawang. Prepare a bowl, add seasoning for noodles (1 tablespoon onion oil, soy sauce and pepper to taste). Boil the noodles and strain, put it in a bowl containing the seasoning mix. Add vegetables, chicken sprinkles, fried dumplings, dumpling skin sprinkles, scallions on top of the noodles. Ready to be served hot with soup sprinkled with scallion.
